Overview of Jarvis interface
When you first log into Jarvis, you directly arrive on the Dashboard menu.
Jarvis interface consists of a sidebar listing all the menus (left side of your screen) and a navbar that lists shortcuts to different features including the Settings or the Help Center (in the top right corner of your screen).
To the left side of your screen, the sidebar allows you to access Jarvis menus. Simply mouse over them and click on it to access one of them.
The menus available are:
- Dashboard: follow your activity.
- Contacts: find all the contacts and clients of your practice.
- Mails: access your mailbox.
- Calendars: plan the events of your days.
- Tasks:create and track the progress of your tasks
- Matters: find all your files on Jarvis
- Document workflows:validate your documents internally
- JarvisDrive: store your file documents online by folders
- Billing: access billing tools (proformas, issued invoices,...)
- Reportings: access advanced reporting
In the top right corner of your screen, you will find:
- The quick-add button (+) to quickly enter time entries, add new contacts or cases,...
3. The Help icon in the bottom left corner
This is the green question mark icon located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

- By filling out the form send it (add a ticket)
- By opening a chat window
