Change the authentication method for Jarvis Drive 365

When you log into to Jarvis Drive 365 for the first time you are asked to set a two-factor authentication method. Two-factor authentication allows you to secure your Jarvis Drive 365 account: in addition to the password, you will be asked on occasions to confirm your identity via the app or via SMS.

The default authentication setup is a two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator app, but it is possible to choose another one.
  1. If it is your first logging into Jarvis Drive 365:

    1. Click on the link "Ignore for now (14 days before it is mandatory)"



    2. Confirm connection to Jarvis Drive 365 to be redirected to Jarvis Legal

  2. On your Jarvis Legal interface, click on the Jarvis Drive tab that appears in the menu on the left side of your screen.

  3. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the page

  4. In the insert that appears, click "Show account"
    The "My Account" page opens

  5. In the "Security Information" box click on the "Update information" link
    The "My connections" page opens

  6. In the menu on the left click on the "Security Information" section

  7. Click on the "Add Method" button

  8. Select the authentication method that suits you best

  9. Complete the information requested

  10. At the level of "Default connection method", click on the "Change" link
