New functionalities
Budget consumption gauge for files at hourly rate
Did you know the consumption gauge for the files invoiced in the package? The same gauge has been put in place for your records billed over time compared to the amount originally budgeted! In the blink of the budget consumed against the fees entered in the file (i.e.time and services). In addition, a color code on this gauge allows you to instantly visualize if your budget is respected (green), close to being exceeded (orange) or exceeded (red).

User names when connecting a SharePoint drive
With this update, you can more easily connect your Microsoft 365 Drive to Jarvis and its related users. Now, in the connection window to Drive 365, you can fill directly in theyour users' email addresses as they appear in your Microsoft admin center.

Connection between Jarvis and TONI
On the TONI page, you canenable or disable the connection between Jarvis and TONIvia a toggle button. You now have the choiceto allow YOUR to interact or not with Jarvis. For example, if you want YOU to create a new folder or activity for you, make sure the toggle button is enabled.In addition, TONI is now retaining your preferred AI engine, so you will no longer need to select it with each visit.
Reminder:TONI strictly respects the confidentiality and security of your data. Communications are encrypted and are not used to improve AI. Moreover, Jarvis does not retain anything from your exchanges with TONI. For more information, please consult oursecurity policies of TONI.
Improvements
New examples of prompts in YOUR
Jarvis continues to work diligently to make TONI more personalized and intuitive. With this in mind, we have made many improvements to TONI. In particular, we have reorganized and improved TONI interface to provide better user experience, including on mobile devices.In addition, building on our collaboration with distinguished lawyers,we have enriched our library with examples of prompt. You will open a multitude of new applications, covering areas such as document analysis, company law or commercial law. Once your speedy is elected, simply submit it to YOU for a quick and accurate response.

Corrections
Provision balance of a contact
We have corrected the calculation of the cents on the provision balance displayed on the customer contact form. The amount now reflects the exact balance of available provisions, to the nearest penny, regardless of the transactions made on these provisions.

Rights on the creation of activities in files
The activity creation feature in a file is now used to users who are involved in that file, or those whose profile authorizes access to all activities in the file or contact.
