Jarvis - New products of May 2023

New functionalities

• TONI, Jarvis' virtual assistant on AI (additional pay module)

Based on Open AI APIs (ChatGPT 3.5 turbo and 4.0), TONI will be your new super wizard to meet all your daily requests, whether legal or not. For example, TONI may re-read emails for you, translate text into multiple languages, do legal research, propose a solution to a given problem, generate marketing content for your website or social networks, etc. The use cases are endless! Jarvis also allows you to set up your own prompt library (i.e. your questions sent to TONI) in order to refine the quality of responses provided by this new assistant

• Add-In Outlook (additional paid module)

The new add-in allows you to save from Outlook and in a few clicks your attachments and emails in your Jarvis drive. We've also added an Open AI API-based wizard to suggest responses to the emails you receive!

• Management of Default settlement methods in parameters

In the settings, a new Regulatory Methods submenu, in the Billing & Regulations menu, allows you to add new ways of regulations, and also set one of them as the default settlement method. The latter will be automatically selected as soon as you register a regulation in Jarvis.

• Customization of related contacts, as well as types and parts of files

In the Settings, a new "Customizable Lists" menu appears!This menu allows you to customize the roles of your related contacts, as well as the natures and parts of your folders. To access this menu, a new right has been added to the user profiles: "Access to the Customizable Lists menu". If the toggle button is active for a profile, then users with that profile will be able to edit existing natures or parts or add new ones.

Improvements

• Redesign stock buttons in proforma editor

The buttons available at the bottom of the proforma editor have been revised to make billing smoother and intuitive! When a fee, provision or credit proforma" and "Save and close" are available at the click on the button [ v ]. Same the modification of a proforma (whether fee, provisions or equity), the "Register proforma" button is proposed by default while the "Register and validate proforma is available at the click on the button [ v ].
