1. Transfer of activities: you can now transfer unbilled activities from one folder to another in just a few clicks! Find the procedure to do this here: Transfer activities to another file
   
2. Consolidated actions: a new "Group Action" button allows you with a single click to pass multiple activities in "Unbilled", "Billed" or transfer them.
   
3. All to select: a new "Select All" check box allows you to select all the activities of a folder or client in order to charge or apply a group action.
   
4. Design of the insert of an activitythe insert of an activity has been reviewed to allow you to view all financial descriptions, notes and financial information related to that activity.
   

Management of user rights

1. Right of access: a new "Access to financial information of folder or contact activities" is available in your Settings>My firm>User profiles. This right allows you to display or not the times and amounts of all firm activities.

Billing and proforma

1. Proforma fully editable: You can now change all the information and amounts of your activities to be charged directly from the proforma.
2. Column "Billable time": a new "Billable Time" column has been added after the "Worked Time" column to allow you to see the rounding that have been applied.

Modification of Files and Contacts

1. Quick change of a folder: a "Save" button has been added to each step of the folder editing form. You no longer have to go to Step 4 to save your changes.
2. Quick action buttons: all actions from the Folders or Contacts menu are now available from a folder or contact respectively (e.g. Edit, Archive, Pass a client, etc. ).
