News of July
New features are available in Jarvis! Discover below the latest developments:

1. 1. Redesign of the page Provisions

The provision creation page has been improved:
  1. You can now detail in your invoice:provisions on fees, fees and disbursements.
  2. The summary of your invoice has also been revised to display more details onthe amount HT, VAT rates and the amount including VAT

In your package bill templates, new tags are now available:

  • 3 simple tags: Subject, Billing Law, Total TTC
  • 1 tag table:containing the contents of the Activities, Notes, VAT rate, VAT amount, VAT amount, and VAT amount



2. VAT management from your proformas forTimeand theBenefits

Now, for Time and Service activities, VAT is managed at the Proforma level and no longer at the activity level.
  1. VAT will no longer be to be provided when creating activities but directly during the edition of your Proforma.
  2. The VAT applied is that of your client or VAT by default of your firm
  3. Therefore, it will no longer be necessary to set your VAT rates for your Time & Services in the Settings.
[Important]The VAT rate of your non-billed activities has been replaced by the VAT rate of the client if indicated, if not that of the firm.

3. Management ofDiscounts

In order to comply with accounting standards,disbursements can no longer be subject to VAT(the latter are by nature never subject to it). The latter will therefore be automatically set to 0.

[Important]The VAT rate of your unbilled disbursements has been replaced by "0"

4. Automatic report of the currency on your documents

Finally, to finalize the developments on Currencies during the last update in Jarvis,the currency of your invoice amounts will now be automatically integratedwhen editing your documents.
