The novelties of the summer

New features are available in Jarvis! Discover below the latest developments:

1. 1. Improved currency management

We have improved thecurrency managementeverywhere in Jarvis. You can now choose your currency:

1. Onthe "Provisions" taba contact during thecreation of a new provision
   
2. Onthe tab "Hets"a contact during thecreation of a new credit
   
3. On the page "Regulations Follow-up" and during theaddition of a new regulation

The motto of the file is also taken up throughout thefields of files and fee proformas.

You can also display items based on the currency of your choice:
(by default the firm's currency will be displayed)

1. In allreportingsthanks to anew "Currencies" filter
2. On the"Accountability" pagewith the ability to export your Sales and Treasury logs according to the chosen currency.
   

2. Addition of billing establishment

You can present and manageseveral billing facilitieswithin your cabint.

1. The addition of a establishment is done via yourcabinet preferences in your settings
   
2. The added establishments have theirown receipts and invoice consequences
   
3. The added establishments are taken into account in thedifferent reports
   
4. The added establishments are taken into account in theexports of sales and treasury newspapers
   

3. Redesign of accounting exports

theexports of Sales and Treasury Newspapershave been redesigned and improved in relation to the Chart of Accounts andFormat of Accounts Accounting(Fec)

Journal of sale:

• Acolumn Â"Number of accountis the value of the field ofClass 7 accounting accounts in its entirety
  
• Thecolumn "Draft" is renamed by "Name of thecustomerÂ"
  
• Acolumn Â"LabelsÂ" includes the associated accounting accounts
  
• Acolumn Â"Abbreviationrepeats the abbreviations of the accountsassociated accounting
  
• Thecolumn Â"Auxiliary accountis the number of account 411associated
  
• Finally,the order of columns has been changed(log code; date;n°invoice; number; auxiliary account; name of customer;debit; credit; currency)
  

Treasury Journal:

• Thecolumn Â"Date" resumes the date of the regulation and no longer thedate of creation of the regulations
  
• Acolumn Â"Substantive accountis the number of account 411related to each accounting statement
  
• Acolumn Â"Name of the customerÂ" takes the field"Description" of Class 411 accounts
  
• Finally,the order of columns has been changed(log code; date;number; auxiliary account; name of customer; debit;credit; currency; label)
