- if an invoice is only partially filled, it remains with the statusTo pay: only fully completed invoices pass into invoicesbalances.
- if you wish to settle all or part of your invoices with provisions, the provisions are used on the proformas of fee invoices.
1. 1. Click on the buttonNew regulations
To enter a regulation, click the buttonNew regulationsvisible in several places:
- By searching the search engine for the invoice:

- In the MenuBilling-Invoicesor in the tabBillingof the file,at the level of an invoice in statusTo pay, click onAdd aregulations:

2. Enter the regulations
By clicking onNew regulations, the window below opens:
Complete all the information requested:
Customer *:
- If you click New Regulation from the invoice, the customer is already automatically entered.
- Click on the People pictogram if your client is a natural person or on the pictogram representing an organization if your client is a legal person.
- Type the first letters of its name
- Among the customers corresponding to your search, click on the customer who made you a payment. Be careful, if the contact form is not in customer status, you will not find it. It is then appropriate totransform contact into a customer.
Amount of regulation *:
- Enter the amount of the payment received. You will see an information note announcing that there is too much perceived. This line will disappear when the amount entered is fully used on ONE or MORE invoices.
Date of regulation *:
- Enter the date of the regulations
Regulation method *:
- Choose the type of regulation from those proposed: CB, Cheque, Species, Pre-release or Transfer
Reference (not mandatory):
- Enter the statement of the regulations (BC reference that appears on the statement of account, cheque number,...)
Bank *:
- Select the bank account on which you want the money received to be recorded. (depending on the facilities listed in your settings)
[Option] Add notes to this regulation if necessary.

If your client has multiple unpaid invoices, you can enter the amount of the invoice(s) you want to pay.
When you indicate the amount and it is sufficient to cover the invoice, the mention of too received disappears.
Once you have finished indicating your regulations on one or more invoices:
- Click onRegisterif you do not wish to enter other regulations at this time
- Click onSave and start overto enter new regulations on that same customer (if they paid you with another means of payment) or on other customers
To find your invoices, go to the menuBilling-Invoicesor in the tabBillingyour file (or your customer record if it is a multi-file invoice)
- if it is resolved in totality: it will be in statusPrivate.
- if it is only partially resolved, it will remain in statusTo be paid.
