Changing your structure

During the life of your business changes can occur: change of name, social form, email host, bank account and therefore RIB, etc. Jarvis Legal can help you with some of these changes via Settings.
Caution: Most of these settings require specific rights through its User Profile (see articleChange the profile of your users).



Change in your company's coordinates

At any time you can change your company name or primary address via your company's Settings (see articleManage your company's name and coordinates).
You can also change your logo (see articleInsert your logo).
In case of change of your coordinates we invite you to also inform the support service (see articleContact the Support Service).


Change or addition of a billing establishment

If your business evolution requires also change your billing, you can change your billing establishment or add a new one (see articleAdd a billing establishment). Note that each billing institution follows its own invoice counting, and you can set a specific reference format for each of these establishments (see articleDefine your invoice statements by default).


Changing or adding a bank account

You can also change your bank account at any time or add a new one (see articleAdd a bank account). When you enter regulations in Jarvis Legal you can then choose this new bank account.


Update of Document Models

If you change your coordinates, logo or bank account, remember to also update them in your Document Models (see chapter articlesCreating a document template). This will allow you to manage documents (invoices, mail, etc.) with the right information.

Change of host email

If you change your email host, it may be possible, under certain conditions, to update your login credentials to Jarvis Legal, including replacing your old email account with the new one. To do this, send a request to our Support department (see articleContact the Support Service).
If your Jarvis Legal subscription includes the Mails & Calendar features, you can also log in your old Jarvis email account (see articleConnect your mailbox) and reconnect your new email account instead (see articleConnect your mailbox).
In case of change of your coordinates we invite you to also inform the support service (see articleContact the Support Service).


Adding new users

You have the opportunity to add new users as your business life (see articleAdd a new user).
