New features have arrived!Find them below:
1. 1. Folders: adding a dashboard tab & adding mini widgets
The pagefilenow has a new tab. In a single stroke, you will be able to view a summary of your financial activity.
- Adding 3 new widgets:Amount paid, Amount charged and Amount of unpaid.
- Adding 6 new graphics: Temployees worked, Time Billed, Amount Billed, Average Rate, Billed and Amount Paid
2. VAT rate and hourly rate:Changing the contact form and rate retroactivity
TheContact usevolved! You now have the opportunity to:
- add a VAT rate associated with your contact
- add an hourly rate associated with your contact
- re-calculate unbilled activities related to your contact if you add or change the VAT rate or associated hourly rate
3. Rate applicable to file:Evolution of the file sheet and rate retroactivity
Thethe fileevolved also. Now you have the opportunity to choose the rate applicable to the file:
- Hourly rate by stakeholders
- hourly rate of the client
- Specific hourly rate
In the event of a change, all non-billed activities in the file will be recalculated.
4. Records archived on the "Customers to Billing":adding a new filter
A new filter is available on the page "Customers to charge". You now have the option to choose the type of folder you want to display.
The list of your customers to be charged is now scanned by default to display only customers linked to open folders
