New functionalities

• Addition of a time recovery table tag and amount charged per stakeholder

A new tag tag “Recovery by intervener" is available in Invoice, Folder Document and Client Document document templates. This table tag displays time worked, time billed, Hourly rate, Initial Amount HT, and Amount HT Amount per stakeholder. You can insert this tag from the Settings in the Document Templates tab (right of access to the required Document Models).



• Choosing the color of your Jarvis interface

From your Settings, in the Company tab and then Information & Preferences (administrator profile required), you can now choose thecolor of your Jarvis interface. 10 colors are proposed by default but you can choose your own colorby clicking on the "Choose of Interface Color" field via a palette or by directly entering a color in RGB, HSL or Hexadecimal format. By clicking the Save button, your new interface color will automatically update for all your employees.



• Addition of the simple action "Transfer to another folder" for folder or contact activities

In the Activities tab of a folder or contact, when clicking the button [...] of an activity, there is now a new "Transfer to another folder" action that allows you to transfer an activity that has been entered into the wrong folder. This action already existed in the "Group Actions" button but not at the level of each activity. As a result, the Folder field has been removed from the activity change window.



Improvements

• Redesign of simple shares available on invoices

Many of you wanted more readable actions in invoicing. It's now done! In the Billing menu, on the Invoices page, the "View Invoice Document" and "Edit via proforma Editor" have replaced the old "See DOCX" and "Edit" actions respectively.

• Improved setting of activities by default

In Settings, on the Activities tab, you can now set the time worked and ratings for all your activities. This allows you when entering a time for example, to see the description, note, time worked and billed appear automatically. All you have to do is adjust the content of the activity according to the context of the folder and the turn is played.

• Printing of report Monitoring activities

In the Reporting menu, when you want to print the Activity Track report, all columns now appear in the print.

• Display of lists Lawyers in proforma

In proforma's editor, all the "Lawyer" lists have been improved: they classify lawyers into 2 "Active" and "Inactive" sections and display lawyers' initials in alphabetical order.

• Display of description and activity notes with a button See more/View less

In the Activities tab of a contact or folder, the activity inserts has been improved to allow you to view more activities at once. There are now View More/View Less buttons that allow you to unfold/fold the description and activity notes.
