We are pleased to inform you of the arrival ofnew features in Jarvis from today!

1. 1. Management of rights

  • Right to display activities: a new right"Access to all file activities or contact" is now available in user profiles. It allows you to give access to activities entered by other stakeholders on your Folders or Contacts.
  • Right to create and amend files: a new right"Creation and modification of files"has been added to user profiles. It allows you to give or not the opportunity to create or modify Files.
  • "Access to billing": we have amended this fee to ensure that the package amount is no longer visible to users who do not have access to billing.

2. Billing process

  • Quick action buttons:action buttons are now available from the PDF view of your Invoices (accessible by clicking on "see PDF"). You can change the status of your Invoices, send them by email, cancel them or cancel them with a single click!
  • Group share buttons: the button "Grouped Actions"on your pages"Files" and "Contacts" has been improved and now allows you to delete multiple Activities at the same time.

3. Management of files

  • Group share buttonsthe button "Grouped Actions", available on the "activities" tab of your Folders or Contacts, now allows you to charge or delete multiple Activities at the same time.
  • Displaying the Folders of a Contact: the list of available folders in the "Folders" tab of a contact now displays the Folders on which this contact is Customer or Party.

4. Asset and Provisions invoices

  • Display invoices from the File:the list of invoices available in the "Billing" tab of a Dossier list to present the invoices of Purchases and Provisions related to this File.
  • Display in reporting "Invoice list": the detail of your Invoices related to Fee Invoices are now displayed in the reporting"List of Invoices"

5. Other improvements

  • Improved Client Rate Management in Multi-Customer Files
  • Improved management of activities based on Events in the Calendar
  • Improved Management of Provision Invoices in Accounting Export
  • Increased maximum size of Joined Pieces in Emails
