New functionalities

• Preferred billing establishment

If you have created multiple billing facilities in your Settings, you can now choose one as beingyour favorite billing establishment. It will be selected by default when you prepare your invoices.

Improvements

• New time counters on the homepage

Anew widget "My time counters" on the homepagereplaces the old "Total Monthly Time" widget. Now meters take into accountevery hour you have completed in Jarvis: both thoseactivities Time than those of Benefit activities, but also billable and non-billable hours. You also have a new meter to view the total hours worked in the current year.

• New widgets in reporting activity tracking

Fromnew widgets on reporting Activity Trackingallow you to see in one stroke:

1. thetime workedthat take into account the hours worked of time and benefit activities, whether they are billable or not;
2. The decomposition of these times worked between thebillable timeand thetime not chargeable;
3. thenon-billed, non-billed and billed HT amounts.

• Name of documents generated in Jarvis

When you manage documents in Jarvis,the name of the model used is automatically included in the name of the generated file. Similarly, for generated invoices, the file is called "Invoice" followed by the proforma number.

•New display of the proforma publisher

The proforma publisher now displays a new entry with your firm's logo and coordinates.

• New alert modal to delete a file

It is no longer possible to delete files related to data such as activities, invoices, etc. This will prevent ongoing file deletions.

• Notifications of the Customer Portal

Your Notification Center in Jarvis now displays notifications when one of your customers has set up their Portal for the first time, as well as at the prerequisite for accounts equipped with the classic JarvisDrive.
