New functionalities

• New filters on folder and contact activities

We have improved filters on folder and contact pages, including the ability to filter activities based on their "billable" or "non-billable" status. This will allow you to quickly select activities in "billable" status to charge or update them by a group action. We have also redesigned the activity types filter to facilitate its use.




Improvements

• Improved calendar time slot

The interface of your calendar has been improved and now displays the 8am - 6pm time slot to better match your working hours. You will be able to view scheduled appointments in the day faster and easily. Of course, events before 8am and after 6pm remain accessible.



• Verifications on the names of billing establishments

It is no longer possible to create two billing facilities with the same name. This will avoid confusion or errors when choosing a billing establishment when creating your invoices.

• User interface improvements in settings

In the settings, the My Profile and Contacts pages interface have been reviewed to better align with other pages of the software and improve user experience.



• Return of "Save and close" action for proforma invoice changes

We have set the "Save and close" action when you edit a proforma invoice. This will allow you to change your invoice information without having to regulate the associated document.

• Search for categories of improved activity in time and proforma

Quickly find the desired activity category with the first characteristics typed on the timeline and in the proforma editor of your fee invoices. You will gain in rapidity and therefore productivity.
