Setting up activities

Setting up activities


This setting is only available to users with administrator rights.

You can edit or delete activity categories(Time, Services, Fees and Discounts) from yourparameters.

So when you
create an activity, you will only see the activity categories that match your area of expertise.
The categories chosen by the administrator will be applied to all users.

Here are the steps to take to create your selection of personalized activities:


  • Click on the tabon which you wish to create your predefined activities:Time, and theBenefits, and theFeesorDiscounts
  • Click on the green "Edit" buttonforchangean existing category
  • Click on the red "Delete" buttonfordelete deletean existing category (you can delete a category that has already been used without affecting existing activities).
  • Click on "Add"at the bottom of the page forAdda type of additional category

  • Then nameyour activity in the field"Category"
  • [option] Add a description for more details. This can be modified duringthe addition of each activityin a folder.
  • [option] Assign him an accounting account
  • Click onRegister

Example of setting for Time.

Once you have set up all your activities, you can use them during thecreation of your future activities.
