Integration of a voice assistant in TONI
Avoice assistant has also been incorporated into YOUR: instead of manually entering your prompts,you can simply use this voice assistant and dictate your request. YOUR will transcribe your dictation into the text box, and then you just need to send it.
Improvements
Adding contact roles in the "Billing Contract" field
When you create or modify a proforma invoice,the "billing contact" field will now display the role of your customer's linked contactsin addition to their name.This offers more clarity and makes it easy to identify the right billing contact, especially if a customer has multiple contacts linked to different ones!
Improving the filter by status in reporting Activity Tracking
To help you better track your activities, we have updated the filter rules by status."billed" and "unbilled" filters now apply to both billable and non-billing activities. This improvement facilitates the tracking of non-billing activities, whether or not they are related to an invoice.
Corrections
Correction of the export of the Customer A Invo table
A fix has been made on the export of the Client A table Invoice: dNow you can export the entire list of customers who have unbilled activities.
Fixed sorting in the Regulatory Tracking table
A fix has also been provided on the Regulatory Tracking table: You can now sort this table by invoice number or file name.
