We are pleased to share with you the arrival of new features in Jarvis today!

Documentary review

1. When you manage a document via Jarvis,you now find all the data related to the customer or file(e.g. parties, related contacts, etc...). on the online editing tool.
   
2. Thanks to a new dedicated insert,you can insert in one click the information of your choicedirectly on your generated document.
   
3. For file and client documents, a menuJarvis Merge fieldwas included in the "Puzzle" menu (as is the case for document templates). This menu includes general tags (NB: if a field has not been filled, the tag is not displayed)

Details of VAT

1. A new tagVatis also available in all your invoice type document templates.
   
2. This will allow you to display the detail of theVAT on your invoices (rate and amount associated).
   
3. Tags:#Tva#for each percentage of VAT usedand#Tvamon#for the amount of VAT associated
   

Accounting

1. In order to allow you to manage your accounting, the setting of the accounting accounts of your activities is now directly suggested to you in the category editing window of the category.
   
2. The accounting accounts entered in your activities automatically take up your firm's chart of accounts.
   

And that's not all! As part of the ongoing improvement of our services, we have made corrections to:

• correction of the display of columns when exporting the "Regulations Tracking" and "Invoices" pages
  
• the percentage of the use gauge of the Provisions
  
• displaying the names of folders containing numeric characteristics in the Client Portal
