New functionalities

• Addition of a right to see all tasks in user profiles


In customizable user profiles from Settings (Administrator right required), you can nowactivate a right to have access to all the tasks of the firm.When you enable this right, affected users will see all tasks in the Tasks menu, regardless of assigned and/or shared or not. This is particularly useful for administrators who need to follow all ongoing tasks within the firm.

•Automatic reallocation of users and folders attached to a disabled user

In Settings>User-User Companies & Teams (Administrator right required), when you disable a user, you can presentautomatically reallocate users attached to it and the records it was the manager to another userof your choice. The new lawyer charging related users and/or the new case manager will receive a notification directly to their Jarvis account.

• Reminder of active filters on a page

In different pages that have aFilter button, it now automatically highlights as soon as a filter is activeon the page. This allows you to identify at a glance whether the elements of the page are filtered or not.

Improvements

• Redesign of Users & Teams page in settings

The Users & Teams page in Settings (Administrator right required) is getting a makeover! Active users are now displayed in a table with more data and have sorting and search field by column. For more readability and ergonomics, inactive users are grouped in a table below and hidden by default.

• Changing the widget My Recent times

In the Dashboard, we have changed the rules for managing the widgetMy recent times to record the time worked for Time and Benefit activities(whether billable or not, invoiced) of the connected user.

• Changing the widget My tasks to come

In the Dashboard, we have changed the rules for managing the widgetUpcoming tasks that now list only tasks with a date and/or time of date and/or time of day. In fact, once the date and/or time has passed, your tasks will automatically disappear from the My Upcoming Tasks widget to appear in the My Late Tasks widget.

•Improvement of the calendar interface


Some improvements have been made on the Calendar page for abetter ergonomics and user experience.Thus, the Sync and Calendar buttons to sync are now at the top right of the Calendars insert, which list all synchronized calendars or access to.

•Name of the calendar by default of your account


Now, when you change the name of your Jarvis account in Settings (Administrator right required),the name of the calendar by default is automatically renamed.

•Addition of a new redirection to acts served by bailiff



In the Umbrella, in the Service by bailiff tab (additional pay module), a new action was added for applicationsin "Signified" status allowingaccess directly to the document served and the bailiff's invoicein the Drive.
