We are pleased to share with you the arrival of new features in Jarvis today!

Billing

  1. As on your fee invoices, you can nowAdd a billing contact to your credit bills and provisions.
  2. From your reports, you can access the one click to thePDF view of your invoices by clicking on their references.





Contacts

  1. You can now add a contact toboth as a Customer, Party and Related Contact on the same file.
  2. On your document templates, you can integrateall tags available for related games and contacts.






Ergonomics

  1. From the homepage, you can create an activity, folder, appointment or task with one click
  2. In the My Schedule view of your calendar, you can view and print the detail of your appointments (name, location, folder or associated contact.



And that's not all! As part of the ongoing improvement of our services, we have made corrections to:

  • the search bar in the PDF view of invoices
  • tags as part of batch billing
  • the resumption of the customer rate when entering an activity via the timeline
  • the change of status of invoices following their sending by email
  • The provision of provisions used in a cancelled fee invoice
