Monitoring of Regulations is one of the tables in the
menu Invoicing. A new column “Statutâ€" with colour labels has been incorporated to allow you to better visualize the status of different regulations:
- Affected entity: 100% of the amount of the regulation was allocated to one or more invoices;
- Partially affected: Only part of the amount of the regulation was affected;
- Unaffected: The registered regulations have not yet been assigned to an invoice;
- Cancelled: The regulations have been cancelled.
You also have the possibility to filter regulations according to these statuses via the “Filtrer' button on the page.

billing by lot, accessible via the page “Clients to chargeâ€
Billing menu, allows you to manage multiple invoices in a few clicks. Until now, the invoice date has been the validation date. Now you can choose this date yourself.
It is now possible, when you
change the proformaa provision invoice, to generate a new document. In addition to the “Save and Close†button, available on the proforma edit page, you now have the “Save and Editâ€" buttons (to remain in proforma status and regulate a document) and “Save and validate†(to regain a document and validate the invoice).
