• Setting the folder
- Either the "Package" if it is a long-term subscription to determine for which you know the final total;
- Either the "Time Rate" if you do not know the duration / total amount to be charged.
Tip: You can
create a customizable field"Subscription", with a single choice list YES / NO and checking "
See in the file of the file", to spot the first time if a file is billed on a subscription or not:
• Billing a subscription
If you would like to have a specific follow-up of the due diligence and time spent in the file (recommended), information should be provided on the file as they are completed. Otherwise you can simply create, for each subscription invoice, just an activity such as "Benefit" that you will call for example "Subscription" and for which you will apply the amount to be charged:
â‹" File set to the package
When editing an invoice in a package set-up file, the total fee is by default equal to the total amount of the package you have chosen. This amount appears in the "Total Fees (HT)" field, in the "Total Revised HT" column. The "Total HT" column indicates what would be charged if the file were set to the hourly rate.
Example: In a file with a fixed package of 3,000 euros the column "Total Revised HT" will display at the level of the "Total fees (HT") the amount of the package, i.e. 3,000 euros:
In addition to the amount of fees will be added any fees and disbursements, and the applicable VAT.
Until the invoice has been validated it is possible to
change the amounts enteredin the Revised Total columns HT, and therefore apply to the fee the amount of the subscription to be charged.
Example: In a file on which a 12-month subscription to 300 BC per month is expected, the fixed package is 3,600 euros (12 x 300 euros). Thus each month during the generation of the invoice it will be necessary to replace the amount of 3,600 euros at the level of the field "Total fees (HT)" by 300 €:
â‹" File set to hourly rate
When an invoice is published in a file set at the hourly rate, the total fee is obtained by adding the amount of each activity charged. This amount appears in the "Total Fees (HT)" field, in the "Total HT" column:
Until the invoice has been validated it is possible to
change the amounts enteredin the Total columns revised HT, and therefore apply to the fees the amount of the subscription to be charged by entering it in the "Total Fees (HT)" field via the column "Total Revised HT".
Example: In a file with a subscription of 300 â â HT per month, it is appropriate for each monthly invoice to fill this amount of 300 € in the "Total Fees (HT)" field:
