Submission of document templates

Thanks to the Document Modes you will be ablemanage documents via Jarvis documentswho will haveyour layoutandwill be automatically filledthrough information extracted from your Folders, contacts or invoices. This feature is called the"Documentary fusion".

To do this, you just need to create and customize Document Templates that will bethe art of the short story book. You can choose for these models thelogo to appear, the layout to applyor theinformation to be implemented automaticallyduring the documentary merger (information from a File, a customer, an invoiceâ€TM).

Document templates can be createddirectly in Jarvis settingsorin a Document Editor Softwarecompatible with DOCX file format. You can also be inspired by Jarvis' models made available to some directly in your list of Models, or those accessible in ourLibrary of Modes.

All Jarvis users in your company will be able to manage documents from the following models, but only Jarvis user profiles with therights to Document Modelscan create/edit/delete Templates in Account Settings.

Publisher of Model

When you have on theModels page in your account settings, you canaccess tothe publisher of Modesby clicking the green button to the right of each existing document template. By doing so, a new page will open in your web browser to launch the OnlyOffice Word Processing software through which you can make the desired changes.

Different types of Models

Depending on your needs you will be able to usedifferent types of Document TemplatesSpecific models for different invoices, File or contacts. There are five types of Document Templates: Fee Invoices, Asset Invoices, Invoices, File Documents and Client Documents.

The tags

The tags in Document Templates are theseelements that will allow you to automatically implement the data you have recorded during the documentary merger of the data you have recorded during the documentary merger.in the fields of your Files, your contact cards or your invoices.

Tags are in the form of atext between braces. For example, in some document templates the tag#doss-name#will implements the name of the file in the document during the documentary merger.

These tags can be integrated where you want in the document, including within a text. For example, by adding in some models the phrase "Please stir, #cont-title# #cont-name#, the expressions of my best greetingsÂ", you would get the same sentence with the title of the Client of the File instead of#cont-title#and his surname instead of#cont-name#.

Caution: Depending on the type of Model used, the Tags are not the same (for example, it will not be possible to use certain Billing Tags in the "Fold Records" Models used at the File level.

For more information about tags clickhere.

The library of Tags

When you have on the Moderator you can access thelibrary listing all available tagsby clicking on the puzzle-shaped icon on the left side menu, then selecting Jarvis Merge Field in the panel that appears.

You can navigate the Tag Library either by using the search engine or by rolling the different sections proposed. For each tag offered the "i Â" button allows you to display exactly what it matches.

You will be able tocreate your own Modelsfrom a different way: starting from an already existing model or a blank sheet; via the Moder integrated in Jarvis or via your usual word processor if it iscompatible with DOCX format.
