Sort your emails in folders
- Open an email by clicking on it
- Once the email is opened, in the block on the left titledAssociate to: type the name of your folder
- Select the folder by clicking on it
- Define access rights to this email for other people in the firm
> Private:Only you will have access to this email
> Shared:all stakeholders in the file will have access to this email
Your email is now saved in yourfile. From the folder, you will find it in the Mails tab.
