Save your emails and attachments in the Drive (Mails received and sent)

From your Receip Box or sent emails, you can save emails and/or attached directly into your Jarvis Drive.

To save an email or attached parts, click on the "disk" icon in the icon bar above the body of your email, and select:
  1. "Save attached parts to Drive": to save all your attached parts in one click.
  2. "Save email in Drive": to save your email in .eml format.

When you click, a navigation window in your Drive allows you to select the folder or subfolder in which you want to save your attachments or email.
  1. Enter the name of your folder in the "Jarvis Drive Directory" field
  2. Select the subfolder you want to save
  3. Click on "Save"


Once your email or attachments are saved in your Drive, a notification will be sent to you. By clicking on this notification, you will be redirected to the Drive directory containing your email or attachments.



If you want to save only one of your attachments, you can also click on the arrow at the bottom of your attachment and select the desired action:
  1. Saveto record in Jarvis Drive
  2. Save and opento register in Jarvis Drive and open your attached part
  3. Download to record your attachment locally


If you want "Sauor "Save and open" your attached coin, a registration window in your Drive will open:
  1. Fill in the registration folder in the "Jarvis Drive Directory" field
  2. Click on "Validate" and your attachmentwill be saved in your Drive!
