Installation and connection to the Add-In Oulook for PC and Mac

Your Jarvis subscription makes you benefit from the first Outlook add-in that is compatible on Mac and PC. In addition, it can be used interchangeably on local and online versions of Outlook.

Install the Add-in on Outlook


To install the Jarvis Add-in on Outlook, go to "Obtaining complements"from Outlook:
  1. From Outlook Web


  1. From Outlook on your Mac or PC




A new window is displayed:
  1. in the search bar, type:Jarvis Legal add-in


  1. Then click on "Add"


  1. Once the add-in is installed, you will see the following window:



Then click on the islandParameters(cog-shaped) to the left of your profile picture, then onView all Outlook settings(link at the bottom of the column).

On the window that appears, click onMailthen onJarvis Legal.Click finally onRegister




Click on one of your emails in the reception box. The following logo in the menu bar of an email will appear:


Click this button and read the messages that appear. They are useful for understanding the benefits and advantage of the add-in. They also list warnings on use limits and safety presidents.

After clicking on "Next" 3 times, you arrive onthe authentication screen:



Here,enter the same identifiers you use when you log in to Jarvis Legal. Remember to leave the box "Automatic log" box if you do not want to identify yourself with each new connection.

Click onSign in



You will see the list of directories as they exist on Jarvis Drive.

You can now use the Outlook add-in to save your attachments, emails, and use Javis AI to assist you in responding to emails received.
