Open access Portal to a customer

Go to your list of yourcontactsand choose a client or organization.

The column "Access to the portal"Allows you to enable or disable access. The check mark will pass in "orange" color, then "green" from when access is activated (after page refresh).


You will now be able to provide access to a multiple contact files for which the portal has been opened:

Indicate the email address of your contact's portal:
  1. The address of the contact by default is displayed. If the customer has multiple email addresses, you can choose the one you want (this will be their login address to the portal).
  2. If you would like to provide another email address this is possible: the new email address will be automatically saved as a new contact address.
Give access to the portal to the customer:
  1. Check one or more files that your client will have access
  2. Click Save to send the access notification to the portal to the customer

Select files/directories from Jarvis Drive that your customer can access:
  1. Jarvis Drive 365:By opening a Client Portal on a folder, a "Portal" subdirectory will be created in the Jarvis Drive directory of that folder and will be shared with your recipient. You have the opportunity tomanage the rights it will have over the contentof this subdirectory.
