Message "Problem connecting with your Microsoft drive" in a folder (JarvisDrive 365)

What is it?

You are on the "JarvisDrive" tab of a folder and an information message tells you that there is a problem connecting with your Microsoft drive

Why?

This message appears when Jarvis Legal fails to communicate with your Microsoft account. This can happen, for example, if the Jarvis Drive application secret has expired, if the Microsoft SharePoint site has been removed, and so on.

How to solve the situation?
