Message "Jarvis Drive directory inaccessible" in a folder (JarvisDrive 365)

What is it?
You are on the "JarvisDrive" tab of a folder and an information message tells you that the JarvisDrive directory of that folder is inaccessible.
Why?
This message appears when Jarvis Legal does not find the target directory associated with your folder in the Microsoft SharePoint drive connected to your account. This can happen, for example, when the directory has been deleted or when it has been moved to another unshared directory.
To correct the situation, you have two options:
- "Choose an existing directory": First, make sure that the target directory of the folder is presented in the drive at a location accessible to all users identified in theAccess Drive of the folder. Then click on the "Choose an existing directory" button: you can navigate your drive to select this directory.
- "Creating a new repertoire": By pressing this button, a new directory will be created in your drive. This new directory will now be linked to your file in Jarvis Legal.
By managing this situation using the proposed buttons, you can re-link your Jarvis Legal folder to a directory in the drive. For more information or for help, do not hesitate to
