Manage a customer's hourly rate and VAT rate

It is possible to set a specific hourly rate and/or a specific VAT rate.


Set a specific hourly rate for a contact

At thecreation of a contact, or during theedition of his file, it is possible to choose a specific hourly rate:
  1. When creating or editing the contact sheet, go to step 3 "Billing"

  2. Fill in the hourly rate you want to apply to contact in the "Time Rate" field:



Note: Notifying an Hourly Rate at a contact form does not mean that all records in the contact form will be applied that hourly rate. This simply allows you to create an option when thechoice of the hourly rate applicable to a file(in addition to the "Stakeholder Default Time" and "Specific Time Rate on file).



Setting a specific VAT rate for a contact

At thecreation of a contact, or during theedition of his file, it is possible to choose a specific VAT rate of its own:
  1. When creating or editing the contact sheet, go to step 3 "Billing"

  2. Fill in the hourly rate you want to apply to contact in the "VAT rate" field:



Note: Notifying a VAT rate at the level of a contact form implies that all files in that contact will be applied this VAT rate. If you do not fill in this field it will be therate of VAT per Cabinet failurethat will apply.
