1. 1. New version of the Customer Portal
Share a secure and unique space with all your customers!
You now have the opportunity to share your documents directly fromJarvis Drivewith your customers from a dedicated space.
Your customer will then be able to share documents in return from his space.
You have notified by email that a new document is submitted by your client. Your client is also shared with them. You always stay up to date and do not miss any information.
Please note: You will need to contact us to activate this function in your interface.
This feature is only accessible to"Premium" customers.
2. Real-time display of new emails in the reception box
From now onmore need to refresh the pageto display new emails.
Unread emails are directly displayed by a pellet in the side menu as well as on the "Boite mail" page in real time.
3. Reorganization of the tabs from the "Settings" menu
We have thought for you a menu "
Parameters" more intuitive and coheter.
Different possible parameters remain unchanged, but the tabs have been renamed and reorganized in this order:
- "User" becomes "My Profile":find your general information
- "Company" becomes "My practice":manage your "Users & Teams" (formerly "Users"; "User Profiles"; "Firm Preferences" (formerly "Preferences")
- "Notifications"does not change:manage your folder notifications, schedule, billing, and tasks
- "Right of access" becomes "Contacts":manage sharing your contacts with other app users
- "Files"does not change:manage the nature of your folders
- "Parties of Activities" becomes "Activities":manage your categories of time, services, fees & disbursements
- "Tasks"does not change:manage your daily tasks and task sharing options
- "Number references" becomes "References":set your "contact references"; "file references"; "invoice references"; "invoice references"
- "Jarvis Drive"does not change:personalize your directories by default
- "Models of document"does not change:manage your document templates
- "Customization of fields"becomes"Customizable fields":customize the fields on folder add forms
- "Provisions"does not change:manage the amount of provisions
- "Accounting"does not change:manage your accounting accounts
- "Banks"does not change:manage your banks
- "Billing and payments" becomes "Regulations":personalize your regulatory deadlines
In addition, the sorting of thelist of usersand themodels of documentsis now donein alphabetical order.
4. The "Stop" function evolves
- "File": you can add the folder on which you launch the timer
- "Note": you can add notes (with formatting options)
In addition, the time starts automatically at the click of the button "New time"
5. Optional fields for seizure of regulations and provisions
- In "Seizure of regulations' , the "reference" field becomes optional
- In "Seizure of provisions", the "object" and "address" fields become optional.
6. New filters by "manager" and "intervener" of the file on the "Customers to charge" page
Two new filters are available in your list of customers to be charged. You can now filter by manager and/or stakeholder.
