Creation of an application in the e-Parapheur (Step 2)

AOnce step 1 of your application is created, you will need to enter the various recipients (i.e. validators).

Step 2: Recipients

This step allows youselect recipients who will have to validate the request in the order you want:
  1. Recipients that may be selected are the active users of your practice.
  2. The order can be changed by dragging and depositing selected users in the desired order.
  3. The application cannot be registered if no recipient has been seized.

When you click the "Save" button, selected validators will receive a notification.
Your application will then become "to validate":
  1. If the request has only one recipient, if the recipient clicks "Validate" then the request will go to "Validated" status
  2. If the request has multiple recipients, the request will remain in "to validate" status until the last recipient has clicked "Validate". It is only then then that the application will become "Validated" status.
  3. If at some point one of the recipients clicks on the "to correct" action then the request will become "correct" status and automatically return to the previous recipient in the dateable, unless the user selects a previous recipient.
