By clicking on the "New request" button from the "Parapheur" page, a new page opens, allowing you to create in two stages, an internal validation request.

Step 1: General information

    1. Selected from Jarvis Drive directly: by selecting the Jarvis Drive directory in which it was classified, then the document itself.

    1. Imported to Jarvis Drive: by locally selecting a document, which will be attached to the application and classified in the selected Jarvis Drive directory.

Nb:Your application cannot be created without an attached documentandonlydocument may be selected. It can be document in .docx, .pdf, .png formats, etc.
  1. Associated with: to associate the request with a file or contact (you can only select a file or contact).
  2. Dead deadline: to set a deadline for the validation of your application. The date of the day (default) or later date may be selected.
  3. Notes: to add information or instructions for the recipients of the request.
