Validate the request of the e-Parapheur

This action is accessible only by the user who must validate the request at a given time (cf. column Action required by). When he clicks on the "Validate" action, a confirmation window opens:
  1. If the request has only one recipient and the latter clicks on "Yes" then the request will become "Validated" status
  2. If the request has multiple recipients, the request will remain in "to validate" status until the last recipient has clicked "Validate". Only then will the application move into "Validated" status
  3. I'll be backIf the user adds a comment, it will be visible in the request page tab "Activities"
