Detailed presentation of the e-Parapheur


List of applications

All requests you have access to are accessible from the Parapheur page. The various columns indicate the elements of each application:
  1. Status (i.e. to validate, correct and Validated)
  2. Sent on (i.e. date of creation of the application)
  3. Type (i.e. internal validation)
  4. Document
  5. Associated with (i.e. the contact or file associated with the request)
  6. Recipients (i.e. the recipients of the request)
  7. Action required by (i.e. the recipient to take an action on request)
  8. Updated on (i.e. the date of the last action on the application)


History

By clicking on the "+" button, the history of the various actions carried out on an application will unfold.



Actions on applications

By clicking on the "..." button at the end of the line on the right, different actions are proposed according to the status of the application:
  1. Requests in status "to validate": See application; Edit; Validate; To correct; Add comment; Delete a comment; Delete a comment; Delete
  2. Requests in status "to be corrected": See application; Change; Validate; Add comment; Delete a comment; Delete
  3. Requests for "Validated" status: See application; Download document; Add comment


General actions

At the top right, actions allow you to:
  1. Choose the columns to display
  2. Export requests in .csv format
  3. Download applications in .pdf format
  4. Print applications
  5. Apply filters


New application

A "New Request" button at the top of the page allows you to create your new requests.
