1 Connecting e-mail to Jarvis Legal
To connect your mailbox,appointments in the settingsin the Synchronizations menu:
- Click onConnect an account:
- Enter theemail addressof the calendar you want to sync
- Click onNext
- Select your e-mail host from the list
If you do not find your guest, click on “See all providers†and select it from the new list that appears, or click on “Custom IMAP settings†.
- Type thepassword of your mailbox
- Click on the button“Log in�
- Once your mailbox is connected, it is necessary to synchronize and configure it by clicking Sync Emails:
This way you can thussync your mailboxbut alsoyour calendarin Jarvis Legal.
2 Special cases
It may happen that by connecting certain electronic messaging to Jarvis Legal, an error message will appear telling you that permission is required by your email host. This may be the case with Office 365 or Google Workspace, which require Jarvis Mail to be allowed in their settings to allow synchronization.
To grant permission you should log in to the settings of your e-mail host, and give permission to the "Jarvis Mail". We recommend that you contact your IT Service Provider.
Attention. - To manage application/API permissions you must log in to settings via an accountwith super administrator rights.
In the case of Google Workspace, to allow the Jarvis Mail app you must fill in the API ID below:
