To be able to charge at the hourly rate in a file, it is necessary toselect the billing method "Time rate"and check the hourly rate to apply, eitherthe creation of this fileorduring its edition.

• Billing at hourly rate

The first step is toinform activities in the fileas they are completed. Once a file has at least one billable activity, it is possible to start billing at the desired time (in the life of the file or at the end). For files that have at least two customers, invoicing can be done, under certain conditions, by adistribution of total activities between clients.

The invoice amount here will be calculated by adding the amount of each activity entered, plus the possible applicable VAT. Note that until the invoice has been validated, it is possible tochange the amounts of each activityindividually or globally.
