Automatically create JarvisDrive subfolders

This setting is only available to users with administrator rights.

When youcreate a fileon Jarvis, a storage folder is automatically created in theJarvisDrive. Subfolders (sub-folders) can be created that will be visible in this file.

For example: you open a Ms. DUPONT v. Mr. DURAND folder and in your corresponding folder in JarvisDrive, 3 directories are created automatically: ACTS, CORRESPONDANCES, PROCEDURE.

To add a repository by default:

  • Appointments in theParameters
  • Click onDirectories by jumps JarvisDrive
  • Click onAdd a directory by default


In the window that opens:
  • Give a name to your directory(e.g. Acts, Proceedings, Correspondences,...)
  • [Option] Definetypes of documents collectedin each of the directories.
  • [Option] CheckAdd this directory by default to existing directoriesif you want this default directory to also be created in the already existing folders in your JarvisDrive.
  • Click onAdd

To amend an existing repository:

  • Click on the buttongreenthe end of the repertoire

To delete an existing repository:

  • Click on the buttonredthe end of the repertoire

Remarks:

  • Default directories apply to all firm users
  • Types of documents collectedcan only be used in a single directory
  • In any case, when you manage a document, you will have the opportunity to choose which subfolder to save it
