Set up OneDrive

Requirements

1. If you don't have it, download the Microsoft OneDrive app.
You can download this app via the official Microsoft website:https://www.microsoft.com/en-microsoft-365/onedrive/download
2. If you haven't done it already, log into Jarvis Drive 365.

Sync JarvisDrive with your computer

Sync all JarvisDrive content

  1. Visit the JarvisDrive 365 homepage by clicking on the JarvisDrive tab of the left menu of your interface



  2. Click on Sync



  3. A window pops up asking you to allow to open Microsoft OneDrive. Click on the button Open Microsoft OneDrive.



  4. A window Configure OneDrive pops up, with your address xxx@jarvisdrive.onmicrosoft already filled out in the email address field. If not, close the window and start again in step 4). Then Click on the Log in button.



  5. If you are asked, enter your password



  6. Click on the button Next button on the following windows that may appear until you reach the Download mobile app page.



  7. Click the button Later and then click on the button Open my OneDrive folder.



  8. Your file explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) opens with the new sync directory. You can add it to your favorites to have access it directly.

1. Set up OneDrive

  1. Launch the OneDrive app on your computer

  2. Enter your JarvisDrive 365 ID in the field Enter your mail address, then click on the Log in button.


    NB: Your JarvisDrive 365 ID appears directly (this is your Microsoft ID or @jarvisdrive.onmicrosoft.com)

  3. Enter your JarvisDrive 365 password, and then click on the Log in button.



  4. Validate the location of the OneDrive directory and click the Next button



  5. To finalize the operation click the button Open my OneDrive folder


2. Add shortcuts to your folders to OneDrive

  1. Open the JarvisDrive 365 directory and select the folder you want to sync in OneDrive on your computer

  2. On the JarvisDrive interface, click on the link Add a shortcut to OneDrive.


    NB: If the link does not work on the button with the three small dots symbol to make it appear


    The folder will appear in the OneDrive directory on your computer
