Access to document templates
In order to usemodels of documentsin Jarvis, it is mandatory that you have previously access to the "Access to the Document Models menu" right.
Click on yourNameat the top right then on "Parameters"
Click on "My practice"User Profiles"
- Click on theediting buttonto the right of the profiles
- If youcheckthe law"Access to the Document Models menu": users will haveaccess to the menuand therefore to thecreationandamendmentmodels of documents
- If youuncheckof law"Access to the Document Models menu": userswill not have access to the menu
NB: By default, this right is checked for the "Administrators" and "Associates" profiles.
- Once this right is enabled, you will be able to access the "Document Templates" menu from your Settings
From this menu, you canimport your modelsand see,change, and theduplicateordelete deleteyour models.
