Use a document template of type Client Document

Once your "Customer Document" document templates are created, you will be able to use them so that the tags placed on them merge with the information in your contact sheets.

To use a Client Document model:
  1. Go to a meetingContact usPerson or Organization

  2. Click onthe tab "Activities"if it is not already

  3. Click on the buttonNew activity

  4. In the listselect "Customer Paper"


A window opens:
  1. 1: Choose themodelyou want to use

    Note: The software will only offer models of the Client Document type in this field

  2. 2: [optional]Renamethe document

  3. 3: Choose theJarvis Drive directory of destinationin which you want to save the file

  4. 4: Click on the"Generate" button



The text editor opens and the tagged information about your models has merged.
  1. Make the desired changes

  2. When you no longer have to make and the phrase "All changes have been saved" appears at the bottom of the window, you can close the tab of your browser.


NB: All changes made to Jarvis' online text editor are recorded automatically. It is not necessary to click a Save button.

Find your document in yourJarvisDriveor in yourJarvisBoxat the chosen location.
