Setting and Modification of Package Fees

Jarvis allows you nowapply a flat fee to each of your files. It can be afixed amountor apercentagecorresponding to your management fees.

To set the amount or percentage of your flat fee, go to yourParameters.

In the menu "Billing", click on the submenu "Fees Packages"

You have the opportunity to:

1. Choose the rate or default amount of your flat fee type
   
2. Define the type of flat fee by default: Percentage or Amount
   
3. Associate the accounting account of your choice (706 or 708)

Your preferred flat-rate type fee is then identified by a "start" next to its title.

You can return to these settings at any time.

How do the flat fee apply in Jarvis?

1. Files: in step 3 of the creation of your files,you will find the flat fee you have set by default. You can also modify or delete it in this step if necessary

1. Proforma: when creating your proforma,a new "Summit fee" block is now displayed

1. Tags: new tags have been created allowing you to display the flat fee in your document templates (#TFraisForfaitairesfor the amount and#PFraisForfaitairesfor the percentage)

1. Dashboard and Reportings: your flat costs arecounted in the dashboards of your files, in the amounts of your reports as well as in your accounting export.
