Recover the list of unsynchronized elements in the JarvisBox (Nextcloud)

If you find that some elements of the classic JarvisDrive don't sync correctly to your computer, you can get a list of what isn't synced via the JarvisBox app.
  1. Openthe JarvisBox application(see article “Open the JarvisBox app).

  2. Click on the"Activities" tab



  3. Click on the"Non synchronized" tab



  4. Click on thebutton “Copâ€"that appears at the bottom of the window

  5. Paste the listthus recovered in a document type Microsoft Word / Open Office / etc.

  6. To solve the synchronization problems that appear:

    1. See the article “Identify and solve errors in the Jarvis Box†from our Help Center
    2. Send the list to our Customer Care team (see article “Contact the Support Service)
