Manage a file/directory in Jarvis Drive 365

You have several file management features and directories in JarvisDrive 365. These features may apply to a given file or directory (unit shares) or on a set of files or directories (grouped actions).

Unit actions on a file/directory

To access it right-click on the file/directory, or click the button with three small vertical dots that appears when you hover over the element with the mouse cursor.

The available actions are:

1. Open a file in an Office online application or in an Office application installed on your computer
   
2. Share a file/directory internally or to a third party;
   
3. Download a file/redirectory on your computer;
   
4. Delete a file/directory;
   
5. Rename a file / directory;
   
6. Pin a file/redirectory into list head;
   
7. Move or copy a file/redirectory to another directory;
   
8. View the version history of an editable file;
   
9. View details of a file/repertoire.

Group actions on files/directories

To access it you must already select the files/directories on which you wish to make a group action. To do this check the box to the right of the name of each element to be selected. This box appears when you hover over this element with the mouse cursor.

Once at least one file/directory has been checked you can access grouped actions via the three small dots button in the menu above the folder name.

The available actions are:

1. Delete files/directories;
   
2. Copy or move to another directory.
