We are pleased to share with you the arrival of new features in Jarvis today!

Billing

of thequick action buttonsare currently available for each invoicein the Billing menu! You can change the status of an invoice, send it by email, cancel it or cancel itwith a single click.

Fees Packages

Jarvis allows you nowapply a flat fee to each of your files. This fee may be afixed amountor apercentagethe total fee of the file according to your needs.

This option has been activated sinceyour parameters

1. Parameters: from the Billing tab of your Settings,you can configure the percentage or fixed amount of flat feethat will be applied by impairing the creation of your files
   
2. Files: in step 3 of the creation of your files,you will find the flat fee you have set by default. You can also modify or delete it in this step if necessary
   
3. Proforma: when creating your proforma,a new "Summit fee" block is now displayed
   
4. Tags: new tags have been created allowing you to display the flat fee in your document templates (#TFraisForfaitairesfor the amount and#PFraisForfaitairesfor the percentage)
   
5. Dashboard and Reportings: your flat costs arecounted in the dashboards of your files, in the amounts of your reports as well as in your accounting export.
   

Track reading of emails

Jarvis gives a new dimension to your trade throughautomatic tracking of reading emails! You can present in real time thedate, time and number of openingyour emails sent to your customers, colleagues or other partners.

This option has been activated sinceyour parameters

1. Parameters: from the Mails and Calendars tab of your Settings, each user can check the "Mail Reading Track" option so that this feature is enabled by default
   
2. Mails: view the reading information (date, time, and number of opening of the mail) thanks to the new reading tracking icon visible on your sent emails
   

Jarvis Analytics
