Electronic Signature (by Yousign)
Directly integrated into your document management space in Jarvis, this feature allows you tohave all your PDF documents signed in a few clicks 100% secure way and in accordance with French and European standards. Select signatories, place the signature labels and the turn is played! If you are interested in this feature (bata version),contact uswithout delay.
Anti-doublon and anti-conflict warnings
Avoid duplicates and potential conflicts of interestthrough a new system to alert the creation or change of contact. When you enter an already existing contact name in your contact database, an alert message now appears indicating the name of the contact owner.
Display of phone numbers and contact emails
View all customer coordinates, parties and related contacts when viewing a file or contact when viewing a file or contact. Now, all email addresses and phone numbers of contacts are displayed in the relevant inserts.
Restore rights in user profiles
Manage your user profiles within your practice more easily: the rights available in each profile have beenreorganized by categoryto allow you tofind in a stroke all the rights relating to each function.
Redesign of the Settings /Diswitch
The Settings / Connection block has been reviewed and now includes links to the Online Help Center and Sponsorship Programto allow you to quickly navigate between these different pages.
