Add directories or subdirectories in JarvisDrive (Nextcloud)

TheJarvisDriveallows you to add 2 types of directories:
  • so-called directoriesunique, i.e. directories that will be created one by one in the files you want
  • of the so-calledrecurring, i.e. directories that will automatically create as soon as you open a folder in Jarvis.

NB: Recurring directories will be applied to all firm files.

1. 1. Creating a single directory

To create a single directory:

  • Go to yourDrive
  • Go to the location where you want to create a new directory
  • Click on the button+ +
  • Click onNew File

  • Name your new repertoire

  • Tap on the keyTowersor click on the arrow to the right of the field

Your directory is created.

2. Create a recurring directory (automatic)

Any creation of a Client File on Jarvis generates an associated directory on theJarvisDrive. Recurring Sub-Directories (or "Default Directories") can be configured automatically with each creation of a File. For this:
  • Appointments to yourParameters
  • Click on the tab"Jarvis Drive" then on "Directories by default"
  • Click on"Add a directory by default"

On the window that opens:

  • Type the title of the Directory by default in the field"Name"

  • Election ofTypes of documents collected.

    Example: You have created a default subdirectory entitled "Conclusions" associated with the document type "Document file".When you manage folder documents, Jarvis will automatically offer you to store them in this subdirectory.

  • You can check the box"Add this directory by default to existing directories" if you would like this Default Directory to be automatically added to all existing File directories

  • Click on the button"Add"to finalize the creation of this Directory by default

You can create as many Default Directories as you wish:
