Understand the principle of synchronization via OneDrive

Syncing OneDrive is a process that allows you to have access to the same content as JarvisDrive 365. If you make a change to a document in JarvisDrive 365, OneDrive will sync that change to your computer, and vice versa.

If your business has multiple users, everyone will be able to sync JarvisDrive 365 to their own computer via OneDrive. Thus, a change made on a document by user A will be synchronized first to JarvisDrive 365 via its OneDrive app, then to user B's computer via user's OneDrive app.

If OneDrive is sync, the process no longer works properly and changes made by a user may no longer sync with other users. In this case, there are two cases:

1. Either OneDrive is sync on your computer: in this case you will see that the changes you make via your computer on your documents do not appear in JarvisDrive 365;
   
2. That's the OneDrive app of another member of your company that is synchronized: the changes you made to your computer appear in JarvisDrive365, but not on that other user's computer.
