Suspend or cancel a request for service

The Service by bailiff module is an additional paid module. To subscribe to this module, please contact ourcommercial service.

1. Go to the Parapheur menu and then on the Service by bailiff tab.
   
   
2. Click on the"Actions" buttonto the right of the request you wish to suspend or cancel.
   
   
3. Electionthe"Suspend" option if you want to temporarily suspend the execution of the request or on the "Cancel" option if you permanently wish to cancel the request.
   
   
   

Important:

- If the application is not already being processed by the bailiff's study (i.e. in "Pending" status in Jarvis), the suspension or cancellation of this application will be immediate and the information will be automatically transmitted to the bailiff's study.

- If the application is already being processed by the bailiff's study (i.e. à partir du statut "Reçu"),the suspension or cancellation of this application must first be accepted by the bailiff's study to be effective.
