Statutes of a Request for Service

The Service by bailiff module is an additional paid module. To subscribe to this module, please contact ourcommercial service.

From the creation of the request for service to the effective service of the act, the application will pass through different statutes:
  1. When a request for service is created, it passes into statusand a bailiff's study (accounting in the jurisdiction where the recipient(s) of the application is located)is immediately affected.
  2. Once a justice commissioner within this study opens the application via its Delivract interface, the status of the application automatically switches toas an acknowledgement of receipt to you.
  3. Where the act is served by the Commissioner of Justice, the application shall become status. At this time, you can recover the document served as well as the bailiff's invoice in your drive (i.e. in the directory of the file related to the application, in the Meaning subdirectory and in the subdirectory containing the application reference).

Special cases of suspension or cancellation of an application:
  1. If the Commissioner of Justice were exceptionally unable to process your application, then the application would pass by.
  2. If the application has not yet been opened by the Commissioner of Justice, you can suspend or cancel the application directly from Jarvis and without the prior agreement of the study. The application will then become statusorrespectively. (NB: In the case of an application, you can resume the execution of the request).
  3. If the application has already been opened by the Commissioner of Justice, you can request the suspension or cancellation of the application following the bailiff's study. The application will then become statusorrespectively. If the study accepts your application, the application will become statusor. Otherwise, it will become statusor. In the case of an application for status, the Commissioner of Justice will make the service of the act and the application will ultimately become status.

When a request changes status, you receive a notification in your notification center. You can also access the application history by clicking [+] from the list of requests for service or from the Activities tab of a Request for Service.
