Create a new request for service
The Service by bailiff module is an additional paid module. To subscribe to this module, please contact ourcommercial service.
To create a new request for service:
- Go to the Parapheur menu and then to the tabMeaning by bailiff
- Click on the " buttonNew request" and select the option "Meaning by bailiff"
Find the elements related to your request for service:
-File: indicate the file of the request for service
-Recipients of the application: fill in the part or parts of the file that are the recipients of the request for service.
The mailing address on the recipients' record must be correctly entered because it is the one that will be used for service.
-Document to serve: choose the document to serve directly from your Drive ("Choose from Jarvis Drive") or select a local document on your station that will be imported into the Drive ("Import to Jarvis Drive").
-Mandate: choose the mandate directly from your Drive ("Choose from Jarvis Drive") or select a local document on your station that will be imported into the Drive ("Import to Jarvis Drive").
-Deadline for service: provide the desired deadline for service
-Comments: provide comments on the request for service
